Name 5 things you enjoyed today -

1. getting to sleep in just a tad. e got up this morning at about 6:15am and I rolled over and asked Mike to get up with him so I could sleep in until he is ready to leave and he did - without even groaning about it - so I got to sleep until 7:30am! Whoo Hoo just over an extra hour and boy what a difference that makes!

2. Walking through the halls of one of the college buildings on my way to the honey sale. While I was walking through the halls I could really picture myself going back to school and getting excited about it!

3. Lunch at a super yummy mexican restaurant called El Vaquero with my friend Kristen. Hadn't seen her in quite some time so it was so nice to catch up and the food was super yummy!

4. Shopping all by myself (a rarity in itself) and walking through the stores just to take in the sights - love the whole holiday festive season - just makes my heart warm!

5. Stopping and getting Cold Stone after dinner (and the anticipation of enjoying my ice cream while watching Grey's Anatomy)!

4. When did you last cry? the last time that Mike and I fought - about 2 weeks ago

6. What is your birth date? March 26 - I was born on Easter Sunday

7. What is your most embarrassing CD? I'm gonna go with Britney Spears

9. Do you have a journal? just this blog now - but no paper journal

10. Do you use sarcasm a lot? Not a lot but from time to time

11. Would you bungee jump? No - way to scared

13. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off? I almost never wear shoes with laces

15. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Cold Stone Peanut Butter with 3 mix-ins of cookie dough - I order this so often at our local store that when I come in they automatically make it for me.

18. What is your least favorite thing about yourself? My stomach

19. Who do you miss most? My parents - we are in ohio and they are in NY

20. What color pants and shoes are you wearing? I'm in black yoga pants with white stripes down the side and am barefoot

21. Last thing you ate? dinner last night - made chicken and dumplings in the crock pot

22. What are you listening to right now? Curious George on TV (e is watching it)

This is me...

This is me... My entries are going to be just like my blog title - Random Me! This blog is going to be all about answering getting to know you questions/challenges like the one below - you know those questions that get sent to you via email to answer so your friends can get to know you better. For my first one - I saw this challenge on Kelly's blog and thought it would be a good one to get the blog started:

excited - I'm getting ready to start a new job and am looking forward to those new challenges. I'm also excited about the upcoming holiday season and being able to spend time with my family. Since they live in NY I don't get to see them as often as I would like and miss them dearly.
